Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My father expired on 8 th April 2016. He had a flat which was on his only name. The society says that it will take 6 month to transfer the flat in my mother's name. We have found a tenant and we want to do the rental agreement in my mother's name who is still not become the real owner of the flat. How can we proceed with the rental agreement?

1) The lease agreement contains related wording reading as ....his legal heirs, successors, administrators etc....
2) Get it vetted by a lawyer who will guide u.
