Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in
my father had purchased a house in 1985 in distt- muzaffarnagar Uttar pradesh , in which three tenant were staying , during the course two tenants had vacate. but the last one who is using three rooms at ground floor as goddown is not paying rent from the past 10 years & neither he is ready to vacate .how could we get our house vacate?
