Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My father is the 3rd son and his 2 brothers where given a property by my grandfather when my father's age is 15.he told my father's brothers that after certain point of time some part has to be given to my father.But now both of them are refusing to give some part.What is the solution?1.How should i get my father's part from his brothers?

How the property was transferred to ur other brothers and is it a conditional transfer etc details required.
