Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My father was a tenant in a old bldg in Opera House after his death it was transferred in my mothers name what is her status if the landlord desires to go for redevelopment we are tenants for the last 50yrs paying the rent and electricity and water bills.

1) After development, ur mother can own an apartment by paying money to the builder.
