Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have filed a case in Municipal court in 2008 for eviction of tenant and has come in my favour. The opposite party has filed an appeal in Oct 2014. The case is getting adjourned every month with remarks "AWAIT RECORDS". My counsel has also spoken to the Hon'ble Judge regarding the delay. What are the options available for me to quicken the proceedings. Can anybody help?

You should move before the Hon'ble High Court through writ.
