Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I gave my flat on leave and licence(reg) basis for the period of for 36 months. Tenent is not found or absconding for more than 1 year . He locked the premisess what is the remedy to vacat the premisess?

if the tenant is absconding and you do not have his address report the matter to the police and with their help break open his lock make a list of items in the room andd take your possession.
