Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

we gave one of our house to a person who is working as contractor for study of his children three years back without any paper work.

now when we hav marriage in our family anr we request him to vacate the house the person totlly refure to do so and strat shwing his political power as her wife is "jila parsad" in janta dal united.

he sent us a notice through his layer stating that we have taken one lack rupee as advance from him and also mention two witness name in it and also mention no paper was sign for that money.

his intention is to capture the house as only my parents mom and dad are staying in 1st floor of house.

he want to take the matter to court so that it will be long process and by the time he enjoy in house without giving rent.

please suggest your opinion.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should simply lodge an FIR in the local Police Station against the person for "trespassing" into your house, and seek his immediate eviction from your house with the help of the Police.
