Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My grandfather own land in village(Haryana)INDIA.He is dead now.Labours have been working on this land for last 40 years. Now they are refusing to give land back. they are saying that it's their own land. I have papers n all data information. Now what should i do ?
Is there any law in favour of land owner or anything else.
I am his grandson.
Please help me ASAP
