Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

MY GRANDFATHER (MOTHER'S DAD) OWNS A PROPERTY (HOUSE). WE (MY FATHER, MOTHER, ME AND MY BROTHER) ARE STAYING HERE SINCE 20 YEARS ALONG WITH GRANDFATHERS SON (i.e my mothers brother) AND RECENTLY FROM ONE YEAR ALONG WITH GRANDFATHERS DAUGHTER IN LAW.

AS MY MOTHER IS MARRIED... IS SHE ENTITLED TO RIGHT TO PROERTY OF HER FATHER.....ARE WE i.e. me and my brother entitled to right to proerty.......

MY GRAND FATHERS AGE IS 70

IF IN CASE HE HAS MADE A WILL.....

CAN WE CHALLENGE IT....

OR

IN CASE HE DOESNT WISHES TO GIVE MY MOTHER BUT DOESNT MAKE WILL THEN......

PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION REQUESTING YOU

WE DOESNT OWN ANY PLACE WHERE WE LIVE RIGHT NOW PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTION AND HELP US......

Dear Sir / Madam,

Today is Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti !!

Although your mother has a legal right in your maternal grandfather's property, your maternal grandfather enjoys the sole right to deal with his property in the manner he best deems fit to. A Will made by your grandfather will need to be Probated through the Court, meaning that it can be challenged by legal heirs in Court.
