Dear Sir / Madam,
The entire sequence of property registry indicates that it is paternal land only ... transfer of title from your grandfather to you as the grandson / grand daughter through your father. You should inform your uncle that he can go to the Court or do as he so wishes in the matter.
Regards,
dear client.......
its legaly valid for any help mail me at [email protected]
