Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My grandfather had 4 sons and thier 4 sons had 4-6 children. Now one my father brother's son had made property documents or right of records as the property belonging to his father and children only by bribing the registration officials. Request you to advice as to how to reverse the property documents so as to have Grandfather and all his 4 sons.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If amongst all the four children, if your uncle has taken care and looked after your aging grandfather in his hour of need, then your grandfather's property will vest in your uncle by virtue of a pact between them. Your uncle thereafter may have chosen to keep himself out, and transfer the title to the property in the name of your cousin. Just talking "off the cuff" does not help you in any way ... bribery has to be proved to challenge the pact.
