Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Hai my name is Vinay Kumar from Hyderabad India , we got a land in Warangal,Telangana state.some 1238sq yds open land registered in my fathers name who expired in 2001 . The family members are 3 brothers,5 sisters ,two of them got married .correctly i don't know the year that my cousins paid the land tax in his name so from that year my elder brother is only going to court four years past all the family members has not given me any information will it be possible that only my elder brother and family members can approach court with out my intimation till know what is the process going on i do not know .please give me some advice
