Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Hai.sar.iam harikrishna.7years back my father has bay 1acr land from my babai.but it is not regestered .recently both my father and babai are dead.but my anti said that i will pay back your cash .she want give land back.but thats land is used by me on before 7 years.land value is doubled.i dont like to give land back.if she go to coart what happens.plz give me advice.

Dear Harikrishna,
Since your father is no more, you should get the land transferred in your name since you are in possession of the land and are using it. If the matter goes to the Court, they will ask you to furnish evidence that your father has willed the land to you after his demise or that you are the lone successor surviving legal heir to whom the land is to be transferred.
