Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
hello,i gave my shop for rent writing an agreement for 5 years(2012 to 2017) on a 110 rupees stamp paper and did not registered it now the tenant gave the shop for re rent for more amount with out asking me.I would like to ask him to vacate the shop or take a action about it how should i proceed legally please help me .I hope you will.

Stamp of 110 is not valid in the eyes of law.
Better to consult any local lawyer, he can save you from this trouble.
