Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Hello,
I would like to know that from 2013 Year I had given my Shop for rent when my father alive, He was expired in the same year.
Henceforth next 8 years we were given the shop without registration.
But from 2008 till date we started doing registration with same person for period of 33 months.Shop is still on rent with the same person.
But we had transfer the shop with my mother's name.
Is there any harm if the same person given shop for rent. Awaiting for your reply?

1) Generally the lease agreements contain clauses like legal heirs etc.
2) U can enter into fresh or continuation of earlier lease agreement.
