Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Hi,
A Land was taken by A and Registered in A s name.
B has constructed a house and living in the house for 20 years.
B has gone to A asking for a mutual settlement but A is not agreeing.
by any chance is it possible for B to fight LEgally.
A and B are brothers and verbal communication before buying the land as B also has payed for the land but has no proofs that he has payed for the LAnd.

No, B has no locus standi on the land, since the title of the land belongs to A.
