Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Hi,
I am from Mumbai.
Our room reside in bhendi bazaar area under padgi system. The room was on two sisters name, but unfortunately one sister died in the month of April 2016 & she was not married. Another sister who is alive is married & have a family. My question is whether alive sister can transfer the room to son??? And if she can transfer then does she need to pay any money to the landlord???

The rights of the second sister expired cannot be transferred.
