Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Hi,
I have vacated house as per my notice period. Now owner is staying abroad and informed me that when he returns he will pay out deposit. Also they are asking ranson money to paint and clean house.
I wanted to know how long a landlord hold the deposit amount ?
Also wanted to know how we can avoid this ranson money to be paid to owner
