I wanted to know how long a landlord hold the deposit amount ?

Dear Prashant,
A landlord can hold the Security Deposit amount till the Licensee vacates the premises and hands over vacant possession by way of returning the keys of the apartment / bungalow / chalet / flat / house / mansion / shop to the landlord.
