Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Hi,
We had an ancestral property in Kerala but was handed over to the tillers after the land to tiller kanoon. We know little about the property specifics apart from the general area, owners name etc.
We are looking to purchase an agricultural land in Maharashtra which requires us to be farmers (which we are). Is there a way to find out survey number etc of our kerala property & further enable us to get a farmer certificate?
