Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

We had a house in the name of my mother but she is no more. We had 4 brothers and work outside the country. Therefore we had given the keys to my neighbor to take care for it. When we came back he is not giving keys, However when we told him that we will sell it ,then he told us that if you do it then he will make fake papers for the house and prove that it is rented for us for several years and file a case in the court and in that case you will not be able to sell it. Sir since we all 4 brothers work outside the country we cannot fight case in the court. Therefore my question are

1.Does he file a case by having false document. However the real papers are with us. Because we are not in a state to fight case, as we live work outside India.

2.Is there any NRI cell who can hear us.

Can any body give us the correct approach so that we can get our house back.

if they file false paper u can file case of forgery.take possesion of t property
