Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I had a house in my native town, Since I am working outside India, I had given keys to my neighbor to take care off. However when I came back after one year, he is not giving the keys and also prepared some fake papers, that this property(my house) is rented to him about 20-30 years back and he is paying the rent. Can anybody give me advice what's the solution or how can I get my property back. As I reside outside India and cannot fight long court case.

Dear Sir / Madam,
It seems your neighbour does not understand your language. He needs the Police to teach him his place. Simply lodge an FIR in the local Police station against your neighbour and get the issue resolved without any more hassles within 3 working days. Re-post if the Police fail to take any action in the matter.
