Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My house owner has not made any type of agreement but I am paying the monthly rent. But my house owner Harassing me and doing criminal activities and saying I will throw you out and lie that you have not pay the rent from five months and also giving fake complaints to DM against me. Please tell me What can I do?

take a receipt when you pay rent or pay by cheque. He cannot evict you ,that can be done by following due process of law. If you still feel threatned then file a suit for injunction against him. for further query contact 9312411481.
