me house owner, i am purchse house from the bulder but i gven rent to my lanlord but after some year some athoer bulder purchas hole land for deploying and that we are stop giving rent and my land lord aslo taking mony from the bulders for my house
after three years buliders not satart for devpling
after that he ask to me give the old rent and new rent
can i give the rent or not
