In my house one tenant stays more than 30 years how to vacate him and what is the legal procedure and can he enjoy any benefit in that property?

If this age old possession has been undisturbed then he may be an owner by adverse possession. You may anyway file a suit for eviction and delivery of possession against him. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
