now iam tanat . the proparty is two brothers 50 .50 then big bro is make holding all tax is wone name i am tanant is lil bro .our agreement 1st 5 years is completed at 2016 . we was make a next agreement 2 years .landlor do with me some bad behabour he cut my water line and he told me leave the shop now or 2018.. how can i stay long ..pleae help me

Vacate it. When paying rent why should u face all these.
Entering into avoidable litigation is a long drawn expensive legal battle, consuming time, money and mental stress. Look before u leap.
