Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My landlord is not aceepting the notice period,he says once your term of 11 months expires you can leave,but we have to relocate to other place due to personal reasons,and there is no clause in the rental agrremant that we cant serve hima notice,when we tried to serve the notice ,he tored the paper na dalso verbally abused us ,please help

send him the notice by speed post and keep the proof of service if he misbehaves inform the police.
