Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am a landlord and i am invalid after an accident. My mother is widow and our whole family is sustained by the rent . My tenant is is not giving the rent for past 4 months and his agreement has lapsed for another 4 months.We has called him, Lettered him for renewal of agreement but to no use then we came to know that he is depositing the rent in court. We do not have any bad terms with him which he also acknowledges but he say i will pay the rent in court . What step shall we take since it is our only income source.

you wilol have to approach the court for withdrawl of the rent.
