our landlord has not made new agreement since last 10 months and he is forcing us to leave is there any way that can help us in retaining the house

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the house owner (landlord / landlady) had signed a fixed duration Agreement for Leave and License (ALL) with you, take them into confidence to enter into, sign a fresh registered ALL.
