Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan
My landlord has not paid his tax to the govt. the fbr has placed a notice on his house that it will be sealed. i live on the first floor of his house which he has legally rented to me. i pay my rent regularly. are the authorities entitled to seal me out of my house also becuase of the fault of my tenant ?

Dear legally the landlord is bound to pay but in this situation negotiate with free enactment and adjust from monthly rent of landlord.
