Landlord has waived his right in bldg from last 12 yrs without giving in writing, he is died
after that redg. chawl committee has been formed and one of member is collecting rent on behalf of committee
In case of redevelopment, can heirs of landlord can claim ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
All the property rights automatically vest in the legal heirs of the deceased landlord.
