Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Late father of petitioner during his lifetime executed a registered Will dated 30.05.2007. By virtue of which, property in question was bequeathed in favour of petitioner as well as his elder son whereas ' It is pointed out that Late father of petitioner had expired 30/05/2005 .On the basis of false WILL the court had passed orders for eviction of shop.please let me know what legal action is to betaken against petitioner

File declaratory suit challenging the order. Simultaneously You can also move necessary application in the court who passed the order and application for perjury against peitioner. Sidharth 9811776422
