What is the legally permitted limit for increasing / revising house rent in Bangalore post 11 months of agreement period?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You have the option to renew the Agreement for Leave and License (ALL) for a further period of 11 months at the prevailing market lease charges for a similar property in your vicinity.
