Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

We Lived in a flat for almost 5 years now with notorized agreement every 11 months now. Since its been long time the paint of the house has faded as it naturally happens when you stay in a house. Now when its being vacated which is as per her choice, she is telling us to pay half the amount for painting of the house. Mark that paint was normal distemper but we are being charged for plastic paint Rs 1500 for 2 rooms which doesnt even count as the tenure was 5 years. Not only this one kitchen drawer got broken which was of not good quality wood so she is charging us for the full new modular change of the drawers of approx Rs. 15000. There has been no damage to home since all these years and even the house has been kept as clean as possible. What are our rights as a tenant for these charges which are not caused ny damages. Please advise.
Flat is in Pune, Rent 17500 now and deposit taken 5 years back was 50,000

1) If due to ur negligent handling the house got damaged, u hv to bear.

2) U hv to return as it was handed over to u at the time of entering the house.

3) Depends upon the lease agreement conditions and local practice.

4) Painting cost is normally borne by the tenant at the beginning or end.
