Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have been living in an apartment for over two years. I have shared the apartment with two other flatmates. We have never created and problems or havoc. However now the society has declared they will not allow friends to the apartment. Is this allowed. We are all working professionals, is this legal to put such restrictions?

Dear Sir / Madam,
As long as you do not commit any nuisance so as to disturb any of the neighbours in the Society, it is none of the Society business to put conditions on any member letting out his flat for the purpose of residence to a another person.
