Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
we are living in an old house in kolkata for last 45 years, now the landlord wants to redevelop it, I would like to know what is my right as a tenant, do i claim a flat of the same area or do i claim money if so how much (i heard Rs.250000 x 45 years) is it true if so can i have a reference?

Dear Sir / Madam,
As a tenant, you are entitled to 15% additional area of the present area that you occupy plus relocation accommodation or rent during the entire period of construction.
