we are living in mumbai (santacruz) pagdi sytem from past 60 years, i hv all my documents in my name, my landlord is only our builder, n he is goin for redevelopement, he is giving 35% extra to everyone, but not to us, because our house is only 50 sqft, n he is sayng he cnt gv that much area, n asking to leave he home and take lumsome amt, bt at that cost we wont get any house, we wont to stay there only, we work there only. how can i legaly fght with builder...pls help me.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since the landlord want you evicted, you should request the landlord to give you an alternative ownership accommodation in the nearby vicinity of 110 sq.ft. carpet area or pay you the prevailing market rate of Rs. 30,000/- per sq.ft. amounting to Rs. 33,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Three Lakhs Only) to enable you to fend and fetch another accommodation for yourself.
