Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
i m a land lord in walled city in old delhi .i purchased a property in 2003 from a trust who terminated the tenency of the tenent living in the said property i 1982 by giving a legal notice since than the tenant did nt paid any rent to the trust neither to me(rent of 23 .25 rs per month).i filed a suit in 2007 against him as an illegal occupant .now the tenant presently seeing his weak position in the case wants to give his physical possession to some wrong element after taking money and wants to run away . what can i do pls help

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should lodge an "illegal trespass" complaint against the tenant in the local Police station too. Also ensure that your name board is clearly displayed on the property.
