Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am from maharashtra. i am tenant since last 11 years. now owner expired and his sons are forcing me to leave the rooms. it is seen that 1 builder is showing interest in this. but owner's sons pretending that they are shifting and want it for own living. what can i do now? and what possible action will be there for me in our law?
plz. advice me.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The landlord - tenant arrangement has been abolished since 1985 and the Agreement for Leave and License has come into force. You will have to vacate the premises if the lessor wants the premises for his own residence.
