Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am from maharashtra. i am tenant since last 11 years. now owner expired and his sons are forcing me to leave the rooms. it is seen that 1 builder is showing interest in this. but owner's sons pretending that they are shifting and want it for own living. what can i do now? and what possible action will be there for me in our law? THERE ARE SIX MORE TENANTS IN THAT BUILDING. BUT LANDLORD'S SONS ARE FORCING ONLY ME. EVEN THEY DON'T HAVE ANY REASON TO SHIFTING.THEY ARE ONLY PRETENDING.
plz. advice me.
