Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Mam,
My father in law owner of a land there is 3 tenant present from 5 years
case all ready in court from 5 years
Tenant neither paid rent nor present in court date and not deposit rent in court
The case is Unilateral
1 tenant all ready lock the room and live another place but don't leave my room
from 5 years they getting date from court but not final Decision.
lawyer only getting time.
they have expenses lots of money in this case and they are 60 years and weakness from body my wife only one girl their.
Plz advice me a what would i do.

1) Ask ur lawyer to pray to break open the locked house with panchanaama
explaining the facts and the other side delaying tactics.
2) For eviction orders five years is too long a time.
