Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Is it mandetory to register the agreement in Mumbai. Different people have different opinions. Few says it is not mandantory for 11 month agreement
pls advice

Dear Sir / Madam,
Payment of Stamp Djuty is mandatory. Registration of a 11 months validity period Agreement for Leave and License (ALL) is optional.
