Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
We have given money for purchase of land. In between all aspact giving money as token money. But after some days owner land find some dispute.Then we talking that land under dispute, return our money, who have getting receipt only, this period was may 2013. What action has been taken up.
Please advice.

give legal notice and file case civil court as well as booking fir against party
