Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Bangladesh
my mother died its been a four month. relationship between me, my sister with my father is not good. after mother died he takes control over the whole house. my mother has one land that she purchase with the saving money from my family. before died, few year earlier my mother gave me one of the land as a declaration heba. mutation has been done in my name and the land has been in my control. my sister totally support that for me. is there any possibilty that my father can do anything to have that land?

As you have got the land through heba and later mutated it you are safe. What you have to do is, paying the rent every year and protect your possession over the land. If you can maintain these, your father can legally do nothing against your interest.
