Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
By mutual understanding we had succeeded in off-load our one shop which is under RENT CONTOL, can we sue on others.

Dear sir / Madam,
The Rent Control Act has been abolished way back in 1985. Instead of suing the others which will be a very lengthy process, time consuming and waste of money, you can get all the others to vacate your premises through mutual understanding only which remains the only and best way forward.
