Dear Sir
"Navi Sharat" means a land held by a Tenant under the provisions of Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Land Act.
This is new and non impartable land means. Which means, that the land cannot be transferred , alienated or converted to any other use without the previous permission of the Collector.
