I am a NRI I have a industrial gala (unite) in Mumbai I have it can I vacate it my unite for my personal use and if yes how long does it take to vacate the place please advice

Your question is not clear. What do you mean 'personal use'? The unit cannot be put to residential use. What is the constitution of Industry - Is it a company/partnership firm/individual?Is there a prescribed conforming use of the industry in the master plan?
