Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am an owner of one 2BHK flat at Nagpur in which one tenant is staying from last more than 2 years. Since last one year we are informing to vacant my flat since I wish to shift my family in that flat and he always gives excuses and never takes it seriously. Since Jan, 2016 he has not paid any rent to me and rent agreement was expired on 31st Jan, 2016. Because of his false changing nature and extending the dates to vacant my house I went to concerned area police station but all in vain. I already 2-3 times send notice to him but he never takes just ignore them. Is there any way to solve this problem without going to the court. Please advice.

1) Settle in the presence of local influential residents or political parties if u r not interested to go to court.
