Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan
I am a co owner of a property and have attained the age of 61 years and want to file of ejectment application with rent controller without consent of another co owner for my personal need under section 14 of sindh rented premises ordinance 1979. Can i file or not and what are the chances that i will win? Further i dont own any commercial premises or shop for my use.What is the defence for opponent in this case? Please answer.Thanks

one co-owner has as much rights in joint property as all have. again tenant violating rent agreement becomes trespasser. On both these principles one co-owner can sue tenant for eviction without consent of all co-owners.
