Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have paghi property of my grandfather in mumbai but my father having two brother two sisters, one of my but due to property area is small all only one uncle is living in this property other are living in other property, but now my uncle living in said property want sell this property if other all uncles are having right in property.

Dear Sir / Madam,
A pagdi property cannot be sold. The tenancy rights can only be transferred in the name of a third party with the consent of the landlord.
